.the report sales by rep show sales but when a return is made it should come off of the rep that made the sale. Instead the return is coming off of the rep that does the return. can we get it that returns get taken off the rep that made the sale

we have some of those options, please reach out to support on how to customize sale receipt.

We have an option to require sales rep on sale (and will also need to select on return who the rep is)

if we add option to auto select rep from original sale, would that work? or it must be set per item.

Dev Team: that would work if the sales receipt will show the rep but the current receipt we have now does not show who the rep was. Is that possible?

Magenta Boutique: correct as of now on return we dont load the rep from original sale, but we can load in on return (but if there are other items sold in same sale with other reps, this may not work)

Dev Team: can you load the rep on the receipt at the time of sale? Can the rep name be on the original sale receipt?
